I qualified as personal trainer in 2011 since then I have added Strength & Conditioning Coach , Sports Massage Therapy , Neuromuscular Therapy and dry needling qualifications to my portfolio.

I have combined all these skills together to create an environment that meets peoples Fitness/ injury & Recovery needs
