Your membership renews automatically at the end of each month (or every three months on the 3-month membership). The next payment is taken from your card on your renewal date, and keeps going until you cancel.
Text Liam on 087 176 4790 any time before your renewal date. You won't be charged again, and you keep your classes until the end of the period you've already paid for.
No refunds on renewals. If you haven't cancelled before your renewal date, that payment goes through and is not refunded, whether or not you use the membership.
Going on holidays isn't a reason to pause, cancel or refund a membership.
If you're injured or unwell and can't train, Liam can pause your membership with a doctor's note. Text him and he'll sort it.
Book and cancel your classes in the app. If you can't make it, cancel at least 4 hours before the class so someone else can have your place. Later than that counts as a late cancellation.
Cancel at least 8 hours before your session. Later than that, or if you don't turn up, the session counts as used.
Sessions in a PT block must be used within 3 months of buying it. Any sessions left after that expire, and blocks aren't refundable.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date they're bought.
Please tell Liam about any injury or medical condition before you train, and let him know if anything changes.
None of this affects your rights under Irish consumer law. If you join online you have 14 days to change your mind. If you've already started training in that time, you'll get back what you paid less a fair amount for the time you've used.
