I'll be offering fifteen 45-minute strength and conditioning classes per week at the Croagh GAA Complex.

With unlimited participation for members, you'll have the freedom to attend as many classes as you like to meet your fitness goals. Please note that booking is essential, using our booking system below, book early to make sure you get your spot.

BFF (Box For Fitness)

A 45 minute boxing fitness class using a combination of Pads & gloves with Cardio/endurance exercises great & fun way to help you achieve your fitness goals.
